You handle a lot. But the loudest meeting may be
happening inside your own head.
This is for the responsible woman nobody checks on—the capable one who shows up, handles business,
supports everybody else, and still finds herself:
• replaying conversations long after they end
• overthinking decisions she is fully qualified to make
• seeking reassurance even when she already knows
• overexplaining to avoid being misunderstood
• feeling guilty for resting, setting a boundary, disappointing someone, or choosing herself
You are not broken, weak, or incapable. You may be listening to an internal committee that learned to
protect you—but no longer gets to run your life.
What if you could recognize the noise before it makes the decision?
In this live workshop, Mishel “Ms. Real” Powell will help you name the voice, understand what activates it,
separate fear-based noise from grounded truth and choose your next move from clarity.
By the end of our 90 minutes, you will:
• identify one recurring Itty Bitty Shitty Committee™ message
• recognize what activates it and how it shows up
• separate fear-based noise from grounded truth
• create your personal Committee-to-Clarity Plan™
• choose one aligned action you can take immediately
This is not about becoming fearless. It is about becoming clear enough to move while fear is still talking.
