With a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a deep commitment to transformation, I help women and organizations find their voice, strengthen their boundaries, and lead with clarity.
But my work didn’t start in a classroom.
It started in my own life.
🌿 My Story
I know what it feels like to lose yourself. To shrink your voice. To abandon your boundaries. To shape-shift into who everyone else needed… while quietly disconnecting from yourself.
For years, I lived in patterns of people-pleasing, over-functioning, and emotional exhaustion — doing everything “right,” yet still feeling misaligned, unseen, and disconnected from my truth.
And at some point, I had to face something honestly: I was showing up for everyone else…but I wasn’t showing up for myself.
Through therapy, spiritual awakening, and deep inner work, everything began to shift. Not all at once. Not perfectly. But truthfully.
And in that process, I discovered something that now sits at the core of everything I teach: When we heal the woman, we transform the leader.
